Overall, a great television-but not perfect.

I bought this LED set to replace a 4 year old LCD set that I gave to my mother. I like the picture of the LCD much better than my last set, but unfortunately the sound isn't as good as my old set. While the sound settings can improve the sound out of the speakers somewhat, it still sounds somewhat unnatural. I believe that adding some computer speakers might help-I'm going to try that. Other than lacking any smart TV features, the sound is the only real shortcoming...
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: speakers produce odd sound
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great picture

Beautiful picture. We don't have a sound bar attached and volume is just fine. No issues. Also purchased this identical TV for daughter in college. This is our 4th Samsung in the house.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Maximum Use of Space

We had a small area in which this TV could go, and we got the most screen space with this model. All other 37" TVs were too "tall" for our opening.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

Good TV in a hard to find size

The value proposition for TVs this size can be hard to justify as larger TVs can be purchased for at or close the same price. However, if you have space constraints to deal with and this is your size, this is a great TV. Thus, the only reason I scored the TV 4 stars on the Value scale.
Picture and sound is very good.
Installation of the stand is kind of awkward to get just right but not enough to score low on design as everything else seems very well designed. And, you only put the stand on once...so not a big deal. I think Samsung knows the stand is awkward to install because they enclose a some addition info with the packaging trying to explain it. However, poor design can just difficult to explain.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: value, stand awkward to install

Awesome picture. We added this to our bedroom wall with a soundbar and smart blue-ray player. Would have been nice if the tv was able to connect to wireless router like the blue-ray player to download updates.

I have had this tv for 2 weeks now and all I can say is that its AWESOME!!! Incredible Image quality. Sound is a little poor. Overall, It's worth the price.
