I own two of these CD/DVD cleaners. One for the house and one for my car. They are easy to use and they work very well. If you are not satisfied, then it is likely the CD or DVD that need cleaning. Not the player itself. Love the verbal instructions.
I wish I could find these in brick and mortar stores. I can't find quality cleaners anywhere that don't have a huge markup. This is why I am driven to internet purchases. Sorry brick and mortar.
