Can't be beat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about Remington's T/Studio Curling Iron with their new Thermaluxe Technology. The quick way it curls my hair to being able to adjust the digital temperatures, Holds curls much longer than all the others, the swirl cord, and the 30 second heat-up is an awesome added feature. Also comes with a protective glove.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My first experience with a wand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I am 53 years old and had never used a curling wand. Oh yes, I have used curling irons forever..but this is definitely different. In a good way!
I like that it doesn't have the "clamp" holding my hair down. I do have to be careful of burning the hand that winds the hair around it though. The heat protective glove helps with that. It does take me a while but I'm sure when I get accustomed to using it, I will get quicker.
Super fast heat up. That is a time saver.
I absolutely love the curl it gives my hair. Not at all like a curling iron, it is graduated in diameter, giving me depth and a completely different look. I can use the tapered end on my shorter top layers and around my face.
I like the variable temps, as my hair is thick and course while I'm sure a thinner, fine haired person wouldn't need the higher temp to get the look they want.
The swivel cord...ahhh yes, the swivel cord. LOVE IT!! This makes doing the back of my hair sooo much easier. And I used the wand on my granddaughter's hair and the cord didn't get wrapped around her like with a regular one.
Overall, if someone is accustomed to using a wand, this one is a must have. For us newbies, it is worth the time to use. I would recommend this to anyone.

I had never used a curling wand before this one because I was afraid it wouldn't curl good and also that it would be hard to use. This curling wand curled my thin hair quickly and actually made my hair look healthier!! It is so easy to use, I absolutely LOVE it!
The heat control is excellent and the protective glove made it safe and easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good, lightweight curler

You can easily choose the temperature that best suits your hair type (the instructions include a mini-guide to temperature setting) and the digital display conveniently informs you of the current temperature. You will need to use your own stand though as the "stand" that comes with the wand is just cardboard folded up into a unstable box with a hole in it. *I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

Great curls, gets super hot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been wanting a curling wand for a long time! I have a 1" curing iron and a flat iron that I have been using (unsuccessfully) to curl my hair.
The Remington Thermaluxe Curling Wand is great! I have never ever gotten curls this great and that stay in for the whole day!
I must say it does take a bit of practice to figure out how to use the curling wand. I couldn't quite get a hang of getting the hair to stay on the wand - it took a few tries and I was good to go!

The curling want comes with a thermal glove so you don't burn your hand. You definitely need to put it on, this thing gets super hot! You kind of need your hand to wrap your hair around the want - so be sure you have the glove on! I think the glove could stand to be a little thicker so you don't really feel the heat through it!
Over all this is a great curling wand and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants quick, great tight curls!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how this curling wand heats up really quickly, and that it gives my hair a smooth curl. However it doesn't hold the curl like it says it does, on the package it says that it will hold the curl in your hair for 24 hours. I curled my hair and it only lasted a couple of hours and that is with hair spray in my hair after curling. I have used better ones in the past that held my curls a lot longer then this one. I would say it is good for the price of the curling wand!

I've been using curling irons for decades. My hair is naturally curly, but I often get spots that don't curl as much as other areas, so I have to touch them up with a curling iron. Or sometimes I just want a different curl pattern. This curling wand is AMAZING. It comes with a glove to wear on the hand that is doing the winding, as well as a heat protecting pouch to store the hot iron afterwards. There is an on/off button, and buttons to turn the temperature up and down.
You start at the thicker end and wrap your hair down the barrel. Very simple; no learning curve required. The glove protects your fingers from getting burned. I could not believe the curls I was getting. Very silky, with extreme bounce. And they looked different than with a conventional iron, I think because of the way they taper (as opposed to being one thickness all the way down).
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] first off, i have used my fair share of curling wands and most of them just left me disappointed and unsatisfied. this wand actually impressed me, it didnt take long to heat up and i loved that it goes up to a high heat(my hair tends to only hold a curl if the wand is very hot) and i could use it at a lower setting on the ends if i just wanted to do those. the glove is simple yet it is made clear in the insert that it is only meant for short time and is not fully heat proof, so dont try holding the barrel with it on. the cord also swivels along and makes it perfect for when moving and twisting and not creating a knot in the cord. the on/off button was great and it has an auto shut off for after an hr of it on in case you forget to unplug it after you use. i definitely would recommend this for anyone seeking a great curling wand that also comes at a good price point.
