I was so excited to get this but completely regret it now. I really like the looks and most of what it claims it does works on the watch. However it hurts my wrist bone so much. I really tried to push myself to keep it but after a week I just can't. I want to return it but the policy is that the watch have to unused. I have been trying to get in contact with customer services a few times but always unsuccessful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Always loved the clear and pure design of SKAGEN wachtes. Now with the CONNECTED I have a great and shiny product which offers the perfect synthesis of a dress watch and the comfort of well chosen features. Setting up was easy and worked from the first moment on. I love the distinguish look of the whole. Watch and strap are fitting my wrist without even feeling it! The white dial with the silver numbers is awesome looking at and invites to spot the watch even without asking the time! Less is more! This one proofs it!

I found with this watch, while I love the step tracking, the actual time-keeping leaves something to be desired. With the battery that came with it I was having to about once a week re-calibrate the time, it did not keep time consistently, so it was hard to trust it when I was running between meetings. I probably would have just dealt with that, but then the battery died and after visiting two jewelers and spending probably about an hour myself, I have about given up on getting the back of the watch off to replace the battery. The directions say to use a coin and "light pressure" to twist the back off so you can DIY replace the battery. What a joke. I have tried, both jewelers tried (and gave up and sent me on my way), the back of this watch is not budging, and is now scratched up from all of the attempts to open it. Both jewelers noted that generally with watches there is a pin hole that releases a latch so you can unscrew the back of a watch and get to a battery case, but this watch is poorly designed and does not have that feature. I loved this watch at first, but now it is unusable with a dead battery and I don't know what to do with it. I am extremely frustrated with this product.

I very much enjoy the design of the watch, although it could be a bit thinner. Nevertheless the app itself has less features than the one from Runtastic for instance. Adding the body fat would lead to more precise calorie results.

The day of the month numerals on this version of the multifunction watch are too small to read. Need a magnifying glass which defeats the idea of a quick date check. Other than the time this is the second most important information to have on the watch. Frustrating!

I compared a number of smartwatches. I settled on this product due to its elegant style and changeable watch bands. I am an IOS user that preferred a practical analog smartwatch without too many overwhelming features.
