[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love it. Always wanted a smooth top stove and very pleased with this one. No more pots boiling over. Oven cooks very nicely. Love the easy clean feature. There is a control lock out that we use all the time. Makes cleaning the rear touch controls a lot easier .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like all the controls. They were easy to learn and I love the blue interior of the oven. I haven't tried to clean it yet. I thought I was getting a self clean but am not so I am a little worried about cleaning with the other cleaning with only water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this oven over a month ago. The only disappointment is that in convection bake the convection cycle turns off... what's the point of having convection if the fan shuts off.
Pros: easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it delivered 2 weeks ago. At delivery I told that it didn't come with a water filter so i was unable to use wayer or ice until iI purchased a filter. Then the ice maker wouldn't fill with water or make ice. I made a grinding noise. After on line chat it couldn't be fixed. Went online for repair request. Appt was made with their company. After sitting home for 5 hours tech called and said he mistakenly closed my work order so couldn't come out and fix it. I had to talk to LG again but they said order showed it was fixed. After a hassle and several calls on my part another repair order was issued. I had to wait another week for appt. After sitting home another afternoon the tech called me at 4:45 to say he was too far away and wouldn't be able to fix my frig. He rescheduled my repair but I never got any confirmation. Repair company doesn't have any number to call for CS or questions. Just an 800 number that tells you to call LG, then hangs up. I'm still without a working ice maker and don't know if I have another appt?? This has been a total nightmare.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way this range bakes and convection bakes. Love the blue interior and it's so easy to keep clean. The front-mounted cooktop controls are excellent and so much easier to use than the models that have the controls on the back. The burners heat up very quickly and glow an impressive red. The clock is very accurate. I love the chimes that sound when the oven's set temperature has been reached. My only nits are that the glass cooktop is very difficult to keep clean and streak-free and the timer is could be a little more intuitive. Otherwise I just love this range and would buy it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.
