Bottom Oven does not cook well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this oven installed in Jan 2017. the few times I have used the bottom oven it has not cooked the food well and has taken double the time to cook a 15 pound turkey. At first I thought I was doing something wrong , however I just used the double for the 4th time since January 2017 and it took 7 hours to cook a 15 lb turkey. I had held up a Christmas party and I am embarrassed. I was so excited when I got it. I thought it would be a time saver!

Love being able to choose between gas or convection depending on what I'm making. The Ultra Heat burner is fantastic for making stir fry. Absolutely love it. The downside is not being able to clean the burner rings. If a spot of grease splashes on the ring, it's there forever. You cannot clean them. After a while, they do start to look rather tacky. That being said, I love my range and would buy again.

The bake in the smaller oven is uneven and the bake in the pro-bake oven isn’t much better sometimes leaving food uncooked! The utility of the oven is good and if not for the cooking issues this product would get 5 stars...the knobs come off easily and the cleaning features are easy to use.

I bought this stove about a month ago. Number one there is too much stainless steel. The front where the knobs are always looks steaky and dirty because of the stainless steel always showing every little thing. Second, my daughter dripped egg on the flame knob, when I went to wipe it it completely removed the stainless steel finish. Fortunately I registered the stove and revived a replacement in about 10 days. Overall it cooks good and even.

I made a meal for twelve in less the time it would have taken with my old range. Steam Clean feature is amazing, quick an easy. If you use this feature after cooking a large meal, your range will maintain that new out of the box look.

Love the fridge and the outer door, however it runs very loud and it dents very easily. The front of the fridge is not magnetic but the sides are so don’t plan on hanging your kid’s art work on it.
