Not a Happy Customer

Hood's motor is going out. Has a loud sound. Unit is only 2 months old however loud noise started day one. Sometimes it doesn't even turn on

Lights are the issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit looks great and yes the high fan setting is loud but it pulls a lot of air through so that is fine for me. My only issue is the lights are not bright at all. I want to replace them with brighter bulbs but can't get enough info. If I would have know it the brightness was this dim I would have gone with a different hood. As you can see in the pics almost no difference.

Don’t buy, lights suck Frigidaire doesn’t back warranty

Exhaust is fine. Utilitarian look. LED lights are a harsh white color. Doesn’t make food look appetizing.
Frigidaire doesn’t honor warranty.
Knob you rotate for lights is flimsy and doesn’t work. Called Warner Stellian for repair within a week of purchase and they sent me to Frigidaire. I started this in May and it is December and it has never been fixed. Frigidaire says the light is not part of the warranty. Never trust Frigidaire again

New vent hood

Please ensure it has a solid connection to a 120 volt dedicated circuit with a 15-amp breaker. BEAUTIFUL BUT...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice unit. Has that commercial look and feel omit the control knobs. They feel a little "cheap" compared to the rest of the unit. I would give it another star or two if it wasn't for the light switch not functioning very well. The unit is just over three years old, RARELY used, and now it seems to take an eternity for the lights to come on (if at all) when switched on. Calls to customer support to see if this is a known issue only prove to be a big waste of time...45 minutes and then the call get dropped.

Lights too dim

Original unit repaired five times. Lights never bright. Got a whole new unit and the lights were bright for a few weeks. Dim again. Hey Frigidaire... or Electrolux - you need to totally scrap the design and start over.

Can Keep Up

Came with the new house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All our Electrolux appliances came with our new house, the hood lighting makes me feel like I have Cataracts..It’s getting worse and the food doesn’t look appetizing in this ugly lighting .. I wish there was the option to change it .. I don’t even have a book to check how to change them. Don’t know who designed this hood but they definitely weren’t cooks .. sorry Electrolux this isn’t worth it .. stick to vacuum’s
