Great Washing Machine - MADE IN USA

I have owned this washing machine for one month and am really impressed. Our family averages 2 - 3 loads of wash a week and this machine really does a great job with not just clothes, but also towels, sheets, and comforters. One great feature that this machine offers is a filter that can be easily accessed by the homeowner and makes cleaning out any forgotten coins in pockets, etc... much easier. I had the earlier model which didn't have this feature so could really appreciate this design change. Also want to mention how great the GE consumer relations were when I did have problems with my original machine. I emailed them and got a quick response. They were very accomodating, even going so far as to reimburse me for a service charge and send me some cleaning supplies for my new machine. Overall - great American company!

I love the low water usage !!!

I knew the water usage would be lower compared to my older top loader. That machine took 45 gallons to wash and then 45 gallons to rinse. Unscientifically used 5 gallon buckets to determine this. I found this washer online used and took a chance. Previous owner say he had no problems with it, he was upgrading to newer appliances. Unfortunately I did not realize how much his dog shed, until I began to clean out the door gasket and the little drain. Anyhow, today 1/25/2020 I connected 3 drain hoses to the washer, put the end into the tub and after the wash of 2 jeans, several underwear, one coat all on cold cycle, I measured a total of 14 gallons used.

It's very quiet, handles larger loads easily, and the clothes come out so clean! We will definitely recommend this as a great investment for anyone looking for a new washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. I was not quite sure that I wanted a front loader as I have heard mixed reviews about them. This washer is a heavy duty work horse and it is super quiet. I have noticed no dirt residue left on my clothes as has been the case with some front loaders. The clothes feel super clean when they are done. I love the nice LED panels on the front and operating this machine is super easy. Just press a button and go. The delay feature is nice too. I would recommend this washer to anyone that has dirty clothes! :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second front loader. I like the way front loaders clean and spin the clothes out. On my previous front loader the clothes came out so dry that the dryer dried them in the same length of time a load ran in the washer, about an hour. They now dry in about 30 minutes. The machine as expected cleans very well and has plenty of options. The one concern with front loaders is vibration. Mine is installed in my laundry room on regular floor, Joists and plywood, not on concrete and there is no excessive vibration. Overall I'm very pleased with the performance and value.
