I own an old house, so I have a small refigerator opening next to a doorway. There aren't a lot of options out there, but I am happy with this refrigerator. I really wanted a French door style, but I couldn't find one that would fit the space front to back. That being said, I love the bottom freezer. It is great to have the fridge items at eye level. It seems like I have slightly less room in the refrigerator section compared to my top freezer model, and the crisper drawers are more shallow top to bottom and front to back, but nothing I can't handle. Nice, deep shelves in the door.

The fridge on top is a blessing for my painful back and the bottom freezer slides out easily and doesn't require much bending or twisting. There's plenty of room, especially for milk containers and soda bottles.

When we got it home there was a dent on the side

We hauled the refrigerator home and it was on a dolly. Under the strap there was a dent. The cupboard makes it not show. I talked to the dealer and they said they didn't do it. I paid extra for getting it close to our home. I don't know if I will again. Haven't had it long enough to review much yet.

I am very happy I decided to purchase my Amana bottom freezer refrigerator, It is so much easier to use than a top freezer refrigerator, I get into the refrigerator 10 times more often than the freezer so I end up bending over a lot less.
