Fantastic and Well Designed with a Painful Start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing oven that not only looks great but performs wonderfully. The problem is that there is a design flaw that allows for a wire to one of the elements to rub against the sharp edge of the aluminum pan under the two large elements and create an arc that not only melts a portion of the pan but destroys the wire. The aluminum pan has corners that have a rounded edge but apparently this isn't complete enough and a sharp edge can still make contact with the wires. We had to spend countless hours and two technician visits to find this problem. I STRONGLY SUGGEST LG LOOK AT THIS DESIGN FLAW TO PREVENT OTHER SIMILAR PROBLEMS. A $3000 oven should not have this design flaw!
