Disappointed with gap in rear of shelves.

is a 2 inch gap between the shelf and the back of the refrigerator. A small glass olive bottle fell behind. I wonder if the wrong shelves were installed or I have other options. Disappointed.

Great fit and look for counter depth refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replace 5 year old LG that was not repairable. New Maytag offer the perfect size for counters and availabile space. Wanted to do away with water and ice on outside to have less mess and a cleaner look. So having the ice maker where it belongs ( in freezer) and cold water just inside the door was what we wanted. Even though the Maytag is smaller in size, we feel with out the ice maker in the door and design
of shelves, we really have not lost space. Wish the freezer did not have wire baskets. Crisper drawers could be improved. Overall super happy with our purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fingerprint resistant far outweighs my expectation! I have yet to see one. The water on the inside is one of my favorite features. The icemaker is perfect. I use a lot of ice, therefore, the size is exactly what I was looking for.

I am in love with my new Maytag. I love the inside water system, the set up of the inside of the refrigerator and freezer. The appliance is beautiful and smart. I did not close door correctly and the appliance beeped to let me know that something was wrong

Small But seems fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago to replace a 22 year old Kitchen-aid Refrigerator which never worked correctly. I was shocked the inside of the Maytag was exactly the same as the old Refrigerator (there was no display model when I bought this; but it was the only one that fit in the cut-out space). It is small in the freezer and Refrigerator. But of 2 + weeks seems to be working well, and does fit nicely into a 36" wide 24" deep space, so this is truly counter-depth. So if you have a small space like me; this will fit! I did not like the price; these never go on sale, was watching the price for over a year.

Nice Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with the new townhome I purchased and it's a nice looking refrigerator. Fingerprints don't show so I'm happy with that. There are a couple of things I don't like, the icemaker and water dispenser. The water dispenser is inside the refrigerator so whenever you want water you have to open the door, also it drips once in awhile which I don't like. The icemaker is in the freezer which takes up too much room in the freezer. If you want ice you have to open the freezer. My previous refrigerator was also a Maytag but the icemaker was in the refrigerator section and the water dispenser was in the door along with an ice dispenser. You didn't have to open the doors to get ice and water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit about a month ago and we are extremely pleased with how it works. The humidity control button solved the problem with moisture causing the freezer light to stay off (frozen in off position). The counter depth gives more room in the kitchen while making the 20 cu ft size seem larger with it's 36" width making it easy to store and reach more things on all shelves. The inside filtered water tap is easy to use and gives a cleaner look on the outside front of the unit. the lower drawer which opens the top cover as you pull out is a gret idea. The doors (and freezer drawer) open and close easily and the best feature is that the doors close in the middle with enough room that you don't have to close the left side first, then the right to ensure proper seal positioning. You can just open and close either side independent of the other or close both at the same time in any order!
I would recommend this to a friend!
