Disappointed purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought in Oct. of 2018, and it hasn’t work 30 consecutive days. Finally got approved for a replacement and it couldn’t be delivered because it was defective. I have lost money with having to throw food away since November of last year, has been repaired twice. Very disappointing

A COLOSSAL MISTAKE-MANY major design FLAWS!

My husband bought this fridge new just six months ago (I wasn't consulted on the selection or even advised he was going refrigerator shopping), and I absolutely HATE IT!! It does not dispense ice with the water from the door, the freezer ices up, there's NO room to store tall jugs or 2-liter bottles without laying them down, the top bin in the freezer sticks, the ice maker doesn't make nearly enough ice and shuts itself off all the time. About a month or so ago, the fan in the freezer completely iced over and the fan quit working. All our food spoiled by the time we realized it and it took Maytag a full week to get a technician out just to look at it and another week for him to return with a new fan. For two weeks, we had three huge ice chests crowding up our kitchen and spent a FORTUNE on ice. Today I noticed the fan in the FAN IN FREEZER IS ICING UP AGAIN and the ice bin is about empty. How can I speed up the production of ice or adjust the level at which the freezer stops making ice? It stops making ice as soon as there's just enough to cover the bottom of the ice bin, so we're STILL HAVING TO BUY ICE! I would NOT recommend this refrigerator!

Excellent organization

Pure Garbage on 2 of 3 appliances from Maytag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a Maytag stove, over the range microwave and fridge all brand new. The microwave did not work out of box and the water and ice and led lights did not work on fridge new out of box. Total disappointment and pure garbage from Maytag. Poor quality. I will not buy again. What an inconvenience.

Great fit

Broke twice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Deli drawer rollers broke on both sides at different times. Freezer drawer doesn’t close completely every time so I have to constantly look for door closure. Ice maker drops cubes behind the drawer.

30 inch French door refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a lemon since we bought it from a local store. Have been calling for years and had someone come out ONE time and still no repair! Freezer doesn’t close properly and the left door is completely broken. We are not rough with our appliances and take very good care of what we have.
