It really is plug and play!

I followed the quick start guide, hooked up the components powered it up and and followed the on-screen guide and in just a few minutes I was looking at very clear HD video. I talked to customer service a couple times before I purchased. Michel had called a couple times and I talked to the sales person at length (Ext 2735) I don't remember her name but she was able to answer all of my many questions, very pleasant.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Defender cameras

I have had the Defender cameras for several years and have never had any problems. I could buy other products at the local stores, but I would only trust my home to Defender. Its time for an upgrade, so the Defender 1080p dome camera package with DVR is the choice for me.

Simple System

I recently bought and installed my 8 camera system and love it. I was able to capture some footage of something being taken out my garage and that alone has made my wife feel so much safer.

Great Picture

I purchased this a month ago and I can't explain just how great this system is! I have a video on crimestoppers.com! The detective came and took the DVR so they could see 3 guys suspects in a murder 3 houses up. And I was also able to reunite a guy and his puppy that had been stolen!

Very pleased with the quality and functioning of the system. It does the job. I only regret I didn't install sooner and it would probably have prevented thieves from taking my ATV Mule from my front yard.

Love my camera system

I purchased my system a few months ago but was only recently able to install it. It's been in service for about 2 weeks and I am very happy with the cameras and the resolution. I have an 8 camera system with night vision and it works great. The only things I would change is the instructions can be kinda vague sometimes and so far the parameters on the DVR can quite frankly be a pain in the butt to navigate. I still haven't figured out how to make it work so I can view on my laptop but it took me only about 10 minutes to be able to view my camera's with my phone.
