Just what a needed

Great system, for the price. Set up was easy, had one small problem. Cables for WiFi is only 5 feet long, was unable to commicate with all 4 camera's. Purchase cable extender (15 footer), problem was fixed.

Tough Set-up I Agree

But, once working, this system crushes the opposition! I bought one because of the system cost-effectiveness, and its ability to scale readily so that I don't have any worries.
The short-comings become obvious. Older models use the far-superior ClearVu app than do the HD users. My documentation was entirely silent on this crucial issue. I chased bugs for a YEAR. The solution was easy and the system is still a little buggy. I like the pre-packaged software (esp surveillance_client) and the manuals, while long, are straight forward. Updates make a great idea that much better, but don't over do it (looking at YOU iOS, and MSWnOS7+).

I’ve had my unit for about a year. Was having trouble with the iOS app. Daniela Tried several attempts to contact me by phone but I was always away when she called. Daniela Also kept me updated via email until we finally made contact with each other and she was an awesome help. Very professional and very knowledgeable about the product. Thanks Daniela!!
