I got this unit last christmas. I locked my self out as I could not recall the password. I was able to gather all that Defender needed to identify my unit. They where quick and provided easy steps. Darrielle provided great service. Case # 033377

Easy To Use

Have had this for 2 Weeks now and it’s everything that it said it was, Day Time Video is Very Good, Night Time Video is Not Great but It’s OK . Had Trouble with the Dome Cameras sent Message and got back to Me within 24hr, The Phone App is Great can See all Cameras or have 1 Camera Full Screen Overall a Very Good System

Really great system

I bought this back in may of this yr from walmart.com. The system was easy to put up. Took us two wkends bc of the number of cameras and hubbys mood lol. Set up was easy. App is easy. The only issue i had was the app stopped working and wasnt letting me view live streaming away from home. Well now its the end of sept and finally had a great customer service rep named DANIELA who FINALLY was able to solve the problem. It took time but the issue is solved. The only thing i wish you could get email alerts AND view LIVE STREAMING. Other than that the system is what i wanted and needed.
