We purchased the Defender 4-camera system to monitor our lake property remotely. Darrielle helped us troubleshoot some set-up issues and was very helpful.

Amazing Trouble Free and Great Support

I noticed lately that the police have been called multiple times to an adjacent parking lot which backs up to my home. Also, there have been numerous cars in our community being entered at night if left unlocked. So, I decided to install a security camera system for peace of mind where I could provide recordings for the police if needed and just view the perimeter of by home while watching television. The Defender HD with four bullet cameras if just the ticket. Perfect vision even at night and near trouble free installation DIY. I needed Darrielle's help with initial log in
( user error ) after that no issue. The DVR can be used simply or very complex if you need it. I'll never use all the features available but they are there for those you wish to use them. Also, the price can't be beat especially for all the DVR software
installed and everything is very well packaged. Thank you Defender USA

Easy DIY security system

Great pictures both day and night. Easy installation. Great service support too!
Remote monitoring works fine with phone's cellular data and some Wi-Fi spots but some wi-fi spots evidently aren't compatible.

Bought unit to monitor home with elderly parents and their caretaker when out of town. Was able to check in without disturbing them and ensuring care was on time and available. Monitoring from phone from any lo location was of great value.

Installation took some planning an time to set up the cameras. Easy enough do it yourself project. I am not the best with computers but was able to do it on my own.

nice system

had now all most two weeks great picture quality day and night is great check night footage dale all 4 cams on big screen at 16 speed looking for something to catch my eye a couple rabbits and a cat but its warming up when you see them making little circles in front of driveway on their bikes get ready now you got his little face on film while your holding him waiting on the cops with one of your kids bike in tow .
