Easy setup

I have a wired Defender 8 channel system that I like very much. I decided to add to my system but didn't want to pull for wires so I bought the 4 channel wireless system. Took it out of box set up was a breeze. Had a little trouble with the mobile app, needed a media port? I email tech support and Darrielle sent me information that would have been very helpful but after sending my email I figured out that my netgear ethernet power thing needed reset. This system is much easier to set up. Cameras are a bit bigger than wired but that okay. Like the system so far.

Reliable and superb clarity

Had this for a few months now. System was easy to set up. Very clear instructions. Day and night vision superb. Unfortunately a neighbours house burned out a few months back. First responders met at our home as we took in some displaced neighbours. Police and fire inspectors were amazed at the detail they could see in our cameras. They wanted all the details of the Defender system. Even though this was night time recording. When we had a glitch in the DVR, Darrielle of support handled it immediately. Perfectly happy with this security system.

I have 1080p 16 camera system and captured someone trying to break into my house last Monday. Police used my footage to identify, arrest and charge the perpetrator. That in itself was gratification for buying this unit. I had to contact Darrielle a few times with questions since my purchase and has quickly/politely rectified my issues. Thanks Darrielle,

Good video quality for an inexpensive system

Purchased two months ago and DVR and cameras are working well. Video quality is good and the most difficult part of the set-up was running the camera wiring!
Still working on improving remote viewing and alert capability.

easy set up like the way you can set each camera picture quality if it is in sunny place or shady place night time IR picture is top notch. you have adjustment for about anything. have not set up on my phone yet but I will soon ! a great system for the price and a great help to me because here I am 911.

Had an older Defender for my house and have loved it. Bought this one for the Church since it has remote monitoring through you iPhone or pc. Loved it so much that a updated my system at home.

Great Product

This the 3rd system that I have bought. 1 I gave to my brother the 2nd I put in my house. The 3rd added to my house and buildings. They give great reviewing at night. I have dopes that someone rented to so I wanted the extra protection. The last five years of loving this system I wish that I would have bought the biggest system.
