Anytime I get lost in settings or changes I can’t count on their customer service! Melissa was outstanding in walking me through my questions! Love the cameras as well!

Easy set up. Used right out of the box with most default settings in place. Night vision exceptional. Fast costumer service with easy answers with any questions.

so far, very happy, but I didn't realize you had to have a connection to the Ethernet cable...thought it could be wireless

I am very happy with the product and the video quality but for easier installation might have purchased a model with wireless cameras.

System came on time. Opened and set up everything on my bed just to see how it works. Very impressed with picture clarity and ease of setting up. Need to go to the library to get the manual off line. Would of given 5 stars if it had been included. Can't wait to get set up outside!

I've had this system for a week and just finished running the wires and hooking up 12 cameras. Ordered extension wires and will hook-up a couple more later. So far the only bad things that I've found was the following.
1) The DVR is very loud (fan noise).
2) The number 8 input socket would not accept the camera cable plug. I had to manipulate the "female" socket by running a tiny drill and "pin" into the hole to allow it to accept the male "A" plug.
3) The cable that I had plugged into the number 11 socket gave interference so that the motion sensor would trigger or at times would not produce a video signal.
I had to replace the cable with one of my spare cable and that seems to have worked.
