My only drawback was that I had to print out the lengthy User Manual from on line. Otherwise I love it.

Got it set up ok, had a few problems with the set up. I think most of it is me. I am not a computer person. I have been reading the book and trying to figure the rest of the set up out.
Having problems with the record and schedule. I have not tried to hook it up with the phone, I think I will have to get my daughter to come over and maybe we can get it to work.

got this as a Christmas present from my daughter and was really impressed with it great pictures . but rain dripping off eave sets the motion off . easy set up ,could use longer wire to cameras though...

I needed cameras to watch who was stealing my packages, I found these, good price so I bought them. They were so easy to set up, and they’re amazing. The quality is unbelievable and so is the night time vision. I love being away from my house and getting notifications of motion around my house. I’m so glad I purchased these.

Great upgrade from previous cameras

these cameras are def an upgrade from what we had before, they are much more clearer and way better. I would like to take a star for the extension cables not being in stock and havent been for a month.

I love my system. I had a different manufacturer's system prior to this Defender system. No comparison. Defender Rocks. I recently had an issue I did not quite understand. I contacted customer service through the chat process and Darrielle helped me out. FAST!
