CLEAR PICTURES DAY OR NIGHT.

Hooked up system temporarily and everything worked ok. Menu's easy to navigate. Specs on camera say two way audio but no audio cables supplied plus no audio connection on camera anyway. There is only audio connections on DVR. Cables supplied do not appear to be weatherproof and no info on them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just What I Needed!

I bought this 8-camera package to be part of an overall security system on a new shop building that is located in a semi-isolated location 2-1/2 hours from my home. It was critical that I be able to view the cameras, both live and recorded clips, from my phone where ever I happen to be. I was most pleased with the ease of installation and especially pleased with the ease of set-up and linking the system to my cell phone. And, while the system is sophisticated enough to allow many different monitoring configurations, it was amazingly easy to accomplish exactly what I wanted it to do. I wanted the cameras to activated and record only on motion detection and was pleased to find there are 8 levels of sensitivity to choose from.
After about a month of use, I suddenly lost connectivity to my phone and was unable to view the cameras remotely, An e-mail to tech support was promptly responded to (by Melissa) and I was coached through a method of renewing the connection. Problem solved! I've now had 2 full months of use of the system and it is performing perfectly. Fortunately, it has only detected four-footed trespassers to date but it gives me confidence it will detect and record any activity happening within view of the cameras.

Good for basic small business use

The cameras have served their purpose, we have been able to get most of the info that we needed. The customer service has also been good when we needed it.

Great Video quality and DVR Options.

I purchased a second 1080P HD 8CH system for my son since my first purchase is still going strong for 2 years with no problems. The system is very easy to use and very customizable from the DVR interface. The night vision picture quality is one of the best and I compared it with other big box brand systems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this system in November 2017, have just installed and everything seem to be okay. My only complaint is that one the power supply is defective and I had to purchase one.

Great System!

I bought this ~2 months ago for my home. All components were clearly labeled and set up instructions were easy to follow. Any questions I had about system operation were usually covered in the web site FAQs. I also sent a couple of questions to customer service and received a quick response.

just got mine got it going works great. love it had my son to set it all up because i dont know about this kink of stuff. it was easy to set every thing up and working in about one hour.

Decent price, works perfect (make sure you do not have any firewalls blocking the app, otherwise will not connect or might drop connection), I expected a tad better in the dark. Never malfunctioned.
