I bought this about one month ago, and I can tell you it's the best investment I've made in awhile. The support team is great, and is very responsive. Very clear picture/video. Easy to set up.

I have only installed the DVR and two cameras so far but the system was really easy to install and sync to our phones. So far I am extremely pleased!

This product was easy to install for a non-tech savvy person. Had easy to understand instructions and warnings. Love the fact that I could change the resolution to fit my tv for a very clear picture. This system has my recommendation hands down.

Good system for the price.

We've had this system up and running at our church building for a couple of weeks. We installed it ourselves without any real problems, except the cable routing above the suspended ceiling was tough in a few places. Somewhere in the instructions, it recommends that you not route the video cables inside walls, but we had to do this in several places, and didn't see any problems affecting how the system works. The recommendation is probably to prevent any damage to the cable itself, so be careful if you do that. This system can handle up to 8 cameras, and comes with 4, so we bought 2 more for now. We purchased some longer cables, as some of our cameras are from 100 to 160 ft. away, and the cables that come with the system are only 70 ft. Once I spent several hours tweaking the recording parameters to fit our needs, (a couple of menu items are not as described), we're pleased with how it works. The video quality is adjustable from good to better to best, with good color rendition. The cameras are fairly light sensitive and switch to IR automatically, and in low light they are in transition phase which starts to affect the color a bit. The motion detection seems to work better in stronger light, and doesn't seem to pick up smaller objects near the edge of the field of view, which is probably normal. We've decided to record 24/7, and the 1TB hard drive records for 7 days before it starts to overwrite the oldest files. Overall, it's not 100% of what we wanted, but it's quite good for the price and we're very pleased and happy to have it helping us feel more secure.

So far, so good! Love that I can peek in anytime. App is also very easy to use as well. Just having a little difficulty figuring out how to capture a picture.

Nice unit, easy to install. Wish I had purchased the 8 channel unit after all said and done. Wish the use instructions where better, still working on getting it set up to record on motion and notify me. Maybe I'll try help on YouTube .
