Easy Setup; Picture Quality Fantastic.

Purchased to upgrade Camera coverage around perimeter of home. Couldnt be happier with product. Angling of Camera could be easier, but i am pleased.

I bought the product a month ago. Wired to cameras plug it and it went right to work. Easy to setup and use phone app.

Best customer service I have ever seen

I purchased this system 7 months prior to this review and it is my 2nd positive review due to another well handled experience with support. I used the chat customer service and within an hour had determined i had a camera problem and a power supply problem which i believe was caused by the camera going out. After we finished they promptly sent a return authorization for the camera and sent a new power supply. I mailed the camera and received a new replacement and within 11 days i was back and running with all cameras. No long waits on hold and quick responses and outstanding service. I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors. The system works well but best of all if you have any issues with setup or other problems they will get resolved. I have to say they have the BEST customer service i have ever had to deal with.

Quick setup & everything works great

Just received the package and immediately set everything up to make sure it works. Setup was quick and straightforward and only took a few minutes to complete. Everything was clear and even watching on my phone was only delayed by a second, very impressive. I haven't run the camera lines yet but I don't anticipate running into any issues.

Good cameras

I bought this system three weeks ago, cameras are great, good picture, instillation not that bad, depending on your ability to run the cables. Having trouble getting the downloaded software to work on my Windows 10 computer and still working on that part of the project. Good system though and would buy again.

I purchased this nice new shiny system and it worked great for a while.They then started removing features like the option to have sound In the app. Then they discontinued support for web browsers. Now you can only view your cameras via the app. If im like most people they prefer larger images than a 5 inch screen especially when security is the nature of the system. Every time i turn around they are removing options for which i purchased this system for. Also the app forgets my connected DVR often and requires reconnection ( Super Annoying). Picture quality is great in HD mode, to bad it's so laggy you can't even watch it. Yes i have the highest cox internet business package. Save yourself the headache and purchase a better system.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy set up, great picture!! First review was the wrong set, mine is the wired version so the hardest thing was wiring it in :)

GREAT Product!!

I bought this 3 weeks ago. Very easy to setup with the wizard. App is very good, of course while on cell phone coverage the connection may be a bit slow which can be very understanding, but once you connect over any Wifi the connection is super quick to access.
I would recommend this to a friend!
