Very Nice Product, Happy with Purchase

I am glad I purchased this product. Installation was relatively easy when using the step by step videos at Defender-usa.com (one small installation basics page was included in the package, but definitely not enough information). All needed cords were included. Camera power cords were surprisingly long enough, but ethernet and HDMI cords for the DVR were barely long enough especially for a wall mounted TV. Account set up on the TV was simple, but online, not simple. The main difficulty was Defender does NOT support the Google Chrome browser. This is all I use and very annoying the tech department hasn't worked this out yet. I've uploaded the mobile app and it seems to work well, but trying to login using safari (which is supported) on a mobile device does not work at all. I've reported this, so hopefully the company will correct it quickly. All in all, we are happy with the camera system and would recommend it to any business or residence.

I purchase this 8 camera set up so glad that I did enough cameras to go where I need coverage easy to install and easy to operate the picture quality is great. Now I have A peace of mind knowing that I have eyes all around my property with the ease of sitting in my front room. So glad I got them..

This is a great system to have. I purchased this system to replace my old one. The install was very easy and I didn't run into any problems. I enjoy looking at the HD quality picture compared to my old cameras.

Durable and tuff!

I have to say, I was very concern with my outside Defender cameras when hurricane Irma hit. I really didn't think they would stand up to Irma's 56 miles an hour winds and rain. We lost power during Irma and for two whole days I was wondering how many cameras I lost. Even more so with the camera pointing towards the east where Irma's winds were the strongest, two days and I would get my answer. ALL FIVE CAMERAS WERE WORKING FINE when the power was restored. I couldn't believe it, I thought I would lose at lease one, the one facing Irma's winds but no, all cameras withstood the hurricane. I can't tell you how happy we are with the system. The cameras are tuff, the system is user friendly and the remote access with you cell phone or tablet is awesome. Thank you Defender for creating such a tuff camera system, it gives our family peace of mind that we have such a tuff system guarding our family.

We installed and were "up & running"in less than 3 hours. Excellent video quality during day & night. Vandalism from neighbors is now under control.
