I bought this item last year and had a receiver fail about two weeks a go they handled it fast and replaced it with a new receiver and my customer was back up and running
with a minimum of down time.

I purchased this product in Sept, 2015 as a replacement for another system that kept failing. I have all 8 cameras setup and active 24/7. 3 are indoors and 5 outside.
One camera is approx. 100+ feet from the house overlooking my dock. This system gives me live viewing access from anywhere in the world through my IPAD or IPHONE. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for home surveillance. No monthly fees no extra costs. Their Tech support is outstanding. After a year I had to replace my cable modem causing remote access to stop. I sent a support request in and within an hour, Michel, called me and walked me through resetting my router to allow remote access to work again. I can't say enough good things about Michel or the Defender system.

This is the second Defender system we have purchased. These systems are affordable and very easy to install. We like it that you can build on to the system as you need to. A small price to pay for big peace of mind.
