Great cameras until you actually need them

I bought 2 systems for my 2 stores, was using them happily from my desktop, when a firmware update happened.
They no longer work from my desktop. Apparently Defender pulled support, so now you can only view these systems from a phone or tablet.
I can no longer keep an active eye on my stores from my office computer screen.
If you've ever tried to search and review footage from a phone or tablet, you know this is an absolute joke.
I bought these systems for full functionality, Defender may as well have just come into my stores and smashed these systems with a hammer, they're next to useless now.

Nice view and easy to use

I had somme problems to anderstand the DVR, but l call de support team they answer me with a lots information about the system, and l’m happy with my DEFENDER caméras. Thanks to DANIELLA and her team, they make a good job to the costumers.

Great And Affordable-

This is my second unit and would recommend them because they are so easy to set up . The first one i had was analog system SN301-8CH, installed five years ago. It is still working very good without any problem. I was looking for HD system and this is the one i have found perfect for my need. Defender HD app works well on both Iphone and Android phone. App has so many good feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i searched security camera systems for 6 months before i decided on defender the price was one selling point but the customer support was the main reason i bought
the unit i had to call and get help on one of the cameras and got Darrielle and the help i got was super 1st class service support. great job and thank you Darrielle.

Great piece of Security cameras

I bought this HD1TB cctv few days ago and meet my expectations. The setup was fast and easy including the technical support who responded my queries on time. Thanks to Darrielle for accommodating my queries.

Previously I had the SN301 camera system and this is a great improvement over that. Clarity, ease of accessing cameras from anywhere out of country (I've tried this) and easy set up makes this a great system for the money. The app works great. The only issue, I wish you could designate what camera alerts you when motion is detected, but because of the price and quality I would buy this system again. Darnielle has been extremely helpful answering all my questions.
