I needed help right away as my system was down. Danielle in sales answered all my questions and had a good working knowledge of the system I have. I actually got tech support in sales. I usually use their support site, but since I had already had a case and had followed all the recommended steps with no resolution, calling sales to possibly see if I could get a couple of answers I needed. I got the answers and was impressed that sales would know about formatting the HDD. Thanks Danielle

The cameras are easy to mount and the picture is bright and clear. I bought this system because a friend did and I'm so glad I did. Completely worth it.

Just installed a set of eight bullets outside and once it was up and running - the viewing is so clear even at night. Very happy with product. Learning how to use the recording features - play back.
