Great system for the price

Very easy to set up and operate. Hardest part is running the cables and figuring out best placement of the cameras. Very satisfied so far.

I have had the HD2T16 for a year. Seems to be a decent system. I even had some login trouble. Tech support helped me out and got me fixes

I brought this product to update my 4 cameras. I have 8 definition cameras now. 4 cameras are outside 4 are inside. I have no problems and they are clear. I can view them discreetly from my Mobile phone anywhere anytime.
I did lose 1 or 2 screws during installation. Customer service was able to quickly help me all done through email. Darrielle from Defender, was the great Agent who helped me.. Thank you very much for your prompt courteous and professional service! :-)

Bought system to replace old/outdated existing system in place of business . Couldn't be more tickled with the ease of installation .Great picture quality and great price. Just wish zoom quality was a little better. Highly recommend

This is the 2nd Defender monitoring unit we've bought from Defender. The 1st one lasted many years under dusty, cold conditions and it worked well. We're hoping the new one will be just as reliable!
