After trying for days to fix the problem with my access to my dvr through my computer server, I got connected with Daniela, and she was great. Led me through the necessary steps to get it set up properly and working again in just a few minutes. Thank you Daniela!!!

HAVE HAD THIS INSTALLED FOR OVER A MONTH NOW BUT COULD NOT GET PICTURE ON MY PHONE, ONE CALL TO DARRIELLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WAS UP AND RUNNING IN 15 MINUTES!

Bought it from Walmart about a month ago. It took me that time to run the wires and install the cameras at their location. That was the hardest part but not earthshaking! The picture quality is excellent! Make sure you go through all the menus so you set all the cameras the way you want them. I must add that the system added peace of mind to my family.

Easy install and setup

I purchased this system and installed 6 of the 8 cameras in one day. The picture quality is great and the set up was very easy. The phone app and on line viewing have both worked flawlessly. Great system for the price!

Great picture on 1080p cameras

I received this system a week ago and still in the process off replacing my old defender system. The new cameras have great picture quality. I have to repace the old wiring so it will take a while before I get them all on line. I have a learning curve to get used to the new apps and system menu. I called support twice and received great help from both Daniela and Susan.
