Issue with 1080P HP I-Phone App.

Using a 3rd party camera power supply; it failed. I replaced it, when turning back on there was a software update I downloaded and installed. I could see cameras on local monitor, but my I-Phone app would not show the pictures. Contacted Darrielle with CWD. After confirming the DVR was working ok, I was directed to delete and reload the I-Phone app. I-Phone started working find. Thank You

New and much improved

I bought the HD 1080 cameras to replace ones that I had bought from them a while ago. What a difference in the quality of the recording. Really easy to install. I did have some issues installing the app but customer service live chat immediately solved the problem. I might purchase a set for my parents in the future.

We bought this unit with the 4 Bullet Cameras and 1tb hard drive a couple of weeks ago. Easy to install and works great. The only drawback to me is, instead of including "four" 60 foot cords --- if they could put in "two" 60 foot cords and "two" 100 foot cords, that would make it easier to reach the farther distances around the house without having to buy an extra longer cord or two. Other than that, the unit is perfect for our needs. We only need 3 of the cameras for now and the picture quality is great at 1080p (see photo), and we have a spare camera if something happens. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great Improvement From the Older SN500 System

I installed a Defender USA SN500 - 4CH system in 2011. That system runs great regardless of the subfreezing winter conditions or hot summer days. However, I wanted to improve the video quality and change my internet service by eliminating the need for a static IP address. The Defender HD 1080P 4CH is a great improvement over the older SN500 model that I have and was very easy to set up. The remote viewing took me less than 5 minutes to establish vs hours with the older SN500 system. Overall, great product.

The quality of the cameras is very nice , especially the HD, The customer services they are very nice , every time I call they help me, any question or problem i have, they help me, pleasantly and patience , the Lady .Miss; Donna , when she answers the phone ,she very kind and professional, the technical support , Miss, Daniela and Miss Susan , they are very professional and kind and they have a lot of patience, every time I have a question they solve my problem , they are very professional , I recommend Defender USA to anyone, plus all my friends like it..... had a hard time installing this at the lake. had to remove interior panels to run the wires to the dvr box. picture quality is really good and the software seems easy to use as well. still need to set up the smart phone ap.
