Great System!

I bought this ~2 months ago for my home. All components were clearly labeled and set up instructions were easy to follow. Any questions I had about system operation were usually covered in the web site FAQs. I also sent a couple of questions to customer service and received a quick response.

I bought this system a week or so ago and am in the process of installing all the cameras. I currently have two cameras up and running. The other two are mounted but not running/connected because I needed to order longer cables. I like it so much I'm going to buy a second system for my business. The video is clear and after the small learning curve, it's quite easy to review recorded videos, etc. It's nice to be at work or out of town and be able to see things around my house and make sure my dogs are behaving while I'm gone. So far, I'm quite impressed with the quality.

Purchased this security system to monitor an 80 unit apartment complex. Very pleased with the quality and footage span that we are able to capture!

just got mine got it going works great. love it had my son to set it all up because i dont know about this kink of stuff. it was easy to set every thing up and working in about one hour.

Decent price, works perfect (make sure you do not have any firewalls blocking the app, otherwise will not connect or might drop connection), I expected a tad better in the dark. Never malfunctioned.

I was very impressed with the clarity of the camera images both at night and during the daytime. The installation was very simple and took no time at all. Overall I'm totally satisfied with the system.

I had a Defender system in the past and it lasted a very long time. Over 8 years, I believe. It finally started going out and I bought the HD1T8B8 system. It was very easy to install and get up and running. I have an issue with my new hard-drive and the customer service was very easy to deal with. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is that there's an issue. I work in customer service all day, and they were quick to address the issue. We'll see if it gets resolved, but I have the utmost confidence in them. Thanks!!!
