I just finished installing my new defender hd system and it works amazing! Great picture quality and was super easy to install. All the wires are color coded so plug and play! Great price for great quality. Deffinately worth keeping in mind when comparing brands.

Pro: The installation is easy, the quality is impressive (HD),and is the best deal on the market as we speak.

Ease of setup

The instructions on physically setting up are very simply one easily followed schematic. The operational setup was easily done following the printed out manual, although the on-lline videos were not at all complete, and too general for the specific item I ordered. In either case, I was up and running in less than 2 hours.

We have been using this security camera system in our Spa for over 6 months and it has been a great system. It works exactly as described, we had it running in minutes. The customer service is easily reachable and knowledgeable if the need to contact them arises. Their mobile app is crystal clear and the motion detection alerts are a very welcomed feature!!

I purchased the 2TB 16 Ch HD system with 8 Bullet cameras as an upgrade to an older system.
I am very pleased with the quality of the HD live and recorded views. I also like the software which has upgraded features from the older system. I am in the process of adding two dome cameras at inside entry locations.
The wide angle viewing ability (75°) has allowed me to maximize my coverage with one less camera. That camera is now directed at my beehives and allows me to see clearly all activity and in particular if a hive decides to swarm in my absence.
Only a beekeeper can appreciate that.

I bought the HD 1080 sixteen channel with eight cameras and the hardest part setting it up was plugging the unit into the receptacle.
