Go old cameras for the price.

We bought these 2 cameras to add to our 8 ch. system that came with 4. They are exactly the same as the ones that came with the system. They are fairly sensitive to changing light conditions and switch automatically to IR when needed. Good color rendition and great HD picture quality. Easy to install and adjust for aiming. No sound with these, and motion detection is not always perfect, but overall very good for the price. We're happy with them and will add 2 more to complete our system.

Have this in my den. During the day, the picture is VERY clear. During IR operations, the clarity declines as expected but still a fairly clear picture.

Having owed two defender systems over five years I cannot say enough about the sales, service and products I have purchased from Defender. Over the years I have been in contact with Donna, Suzanne and others for assistance with everything from tech questions to additional purchases and warranty returns. My wife and I know that Defender backs their products, provides knowledgeable tech-support and work hard to assure our complete satisfaction. We’re retired and the ability to keep an eye on our home when we travel gives us great piece of mind. In addition I sometimes travel alone and keeping on eye on my wife’s well-being when she’s home alone is worth it’s weight in gold. I can’t imagine anyone would be sorry purchasing Defender

Love my Defender

we bought the Defender HD 1080P 8CH with 4 Dome Cameras about 1 year ago. just bought 2 more cameras to expand the system! A week later, we bought 2 more cameras to fully expand the system. never and a single issue....
