My side door’s plastic broke.

My side door’s plastic broke. I wasn’t happy about that because I didn’t do anything destructive for it break. However, my new door came in fast and I was satisfied with the easy process.

Why did they design such a bad door. The door should never be able to fail the way it does. It can come off very easily

Plastic packaging

That little side door had more plastic packaging just to make it look good when you could have sent it in a envelope! You don't need to market and waste money and resources for a part needed! We already bought the camera because we love it. Have Patagonia work with y'all on helping the environment with your amazing product! Cheers and love my GoPro! @Dustinjuhasz

Works Like the Original

It's exactly like the original, but GoPro needs to provide some instructions on how to put them on. And maybe tell us that it's not necessarily broken if it comes off (which is pretty awesome when you think about it). But, all is not lost. You can find just about anything you need to know for it on YouTube.
