Can't use bleach and you have to listen for the washer to signal when it has stopped midway so you can add softener to the load, Would not buy again, as it doesn't work well especially at this price point. Have not found a good use for this washer.

This washer is huge but still gives the option to do a small, mini load with the drawer washing machine option. So amazing for stinky workout clothes and stuff the kids stain.

I would have liked to have seen WiFi support like our main washer has so I get alerts of when it is finished. I would have also liked to have seen a softener cup so that I could just set it to run and only come back when it’s done. Right now, having to had softener at mid cycle is extra steps. Also, there is no way to silence the beeps so when my kid is taking a nap, I have to make sure to close the door for the room.
