Difficult to unload

I purchased this model over the front loading washer because they said that you needed to keep the door opened on the front loader or it would mildew. I was very disappointed though when I realized that I could not unload the washer without using a stool. I am 5 ft 2" tall and I can not reach the bottom of the washer to unload the laundry!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Now you don’t even know that they are running!

Nice little washer some updates would be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this little sidekick for about 3 months. While it does a good job here are some features I would have expected for an LG Signature...note I also have the Signature washer and dryer. The side kick should also have wifi smart LG ThinQ like the big washer along with the ability to drain the water and clean a filter. I was quite disappointed it didn't have the wifi smart LG ThinQ ...didn't even think twice that it wouldn't...given the LG Signature branding.
