[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this heat tool. It gave me the straight iron look on my (only wavy in back) hair without the "crimp" at the end that a flat iron does. I love that I click it twice to get the barrel to roll the other way. This was the easiest tool to use. My reflex is to hold on to the end like you would with a curling iron or other type tool but there is no "knob" to grab. ;-) My hair did not get tangled and the final result was smooth with light curl under on the end of my hair. (this is the after photo; before photo had super frizzy hair; and the crop won't let me show ALL of my hair. It's long; past my bust line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not get the hang of it when I was trying to curl my hair. I will keep practicing on that part. I did like how it straightened my hair though. I also liked that it heated up so quickly.

The two-way rotating iron offers more options than your standard curling iron, it was easy to use and came with clear and concise directions. I would highly recommend this tool to friends and family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Woohoo, this was a hit at my Glam Party! Everyone wanted to try it. I love using it to get control of my frizz and add volume to my hair. Love the way you can choose what direction to have the barrel spin in and makes it easy to use on the other side of your head without having to switch to your weaker hand to try and get the same result. My daughter used it just once and got the cutest flip curl in her hair, I'm going to try that one next time. We all loved the shine it provided too! Gorgeous hair in such a short amount of time, WINNING!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was so easy to use and it made my guests hair look great. My friends with curly hair just loved it. They struggle with tight curls that don't allow them many styling options, but this tool let them straighten their hair for a new look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's definitely easy to use. But like all "straighteners/irons" it does pull out some hair. But I did get compliments from my friends that my hair looked really shiny. It was easy to use and heated up quickly
