[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to get the best results from this iron at my party on my own hair. I found with my natural waves and courser hair this product helped to give me more body and volume. It was hard to initially figure out how to "twist" my wrist in order to get the curls and waves I wanted thus giving me the volume I needed. I'm glad I put the guard on before-hand, too, to avoid burns. This iron also straightens my hair without frizz I noticed, which is definitely a plus. It took a little getting used to and making sure with each curl the iron was rotating in the right direction, too.

The best part is it adds a huge amount of shine to your hair. I was provided this item free of charge in exchange for an honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely liked the Max-2 Rotating Iron as it created a soft curl. I have had a product prior that only rolled one way and absolutely loved that you could click to alternate the roll based on side of head or desired curl turn. The only reason gave four versus five was it was extremely sensitive to the tapping so changed direction. It was great to have the starter guard when first testing. Thank you Vocalpoint for the opportunity as certainly had some happy participants and eager to purchase items. Vocalpoint provided me with free products in exchange for an honest review. Will definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, Vocalpoint provided me with free products in exchange for an honest review. My friends and I used the Max2-Way rotating iron to straighten and smooth two heads of hair, and then to touch up the ends of another hairstyle with a little flip. It worked very well to straighten and smooth both longer and chin length hair. The device did not seem to tangle the hair as it spun around (my fear!). We did not like the very exposed barrel of the hot iron, however. The hot pad provided in the carton was a good thing to set the unit down on, but we also used a board under that to avoid burning the table. This device should not be used by any child/teen unsupervised as the risk of burns with the barrel is great - in our opinion. The feature of changing the rotation direction is nifty, and all in all, this is a good straightener. It also performed well to curl under the ends of hair for a subtle curled style, and we followed the directions to add lift to another hair style that turned out very well.

Again this product was liked by all, it did well for straightening and giving a smooth look also for my medium length hair I thought it did a great job I like the ends slightly curled under, we really enjoyed all three products and there was a wide range of hair types so we were able to mix and see how they worked on different types of hair-You rock Vocalpoint!!
