[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It made my hair feel soft. Was easy to use as a straightener but none of my party could figure out how to use it to curl with that was convenient. Heats up very hot for those with thick hair. Automatic shut off's are very important to me. I didn't see that feature on this. Overall, it was fun to try but honestly not my first choice. However, I felt like I was getting a hair massage every time I used it. ;)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shiny, shiny, shiny!! If you want volume and shine, and your hair is not terribly thick or coarse, this is the tool for you! This is sooooo easy to use, and creates lots of bouncy, shiny hair! I love that it does most of the work for you with the rotating iron and could save you a ton of time! I am the type that has to wash and style my hair daily, and I'm always envious of my friends who can go days without washing their hair (we all know it's good for the hair ladies! ?) However, I have the type of hair that gets very disheveled in the morning. I have used this for afternoon touch-ups before going out with great results. I am hoping that this might be my saving grace some mornings to go a day with a Max touch up and be on my way! Fingers crossed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Max is great for smoothing your hair out and leaving a glossy shine. It can be a bit tricky figuring out which direction it's turning and to put the hair in the correct way. I wish there would have been a small light showing direction of spin or something. Overall, Max is a good product but not for multi uses and your hair does need to be 100% tangle free or the brush part pulls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite InStyler product! I have medium length, fine hair. I was able to create different styles with this one product. I had soft curls one minute and then was able to straighten them without my hair looking like it was flat ironed. I was also able to get lift at the roots of my hair. I like everything about this tool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Max 2-Way Rotating Iron is my new favorite hair tool! I have thin, "skinny" hair and this tool adds the kind of volume and shine you see in commercials. I almost feel like I've come from the salon having achieved the look only my stylist can pull off. You do need to get used to the rotating barrel to make sure it's going the correct direction, but once you have the hand of it, it's easy to figure out. The heat of the barrel really holds the wave in my poker straight hair. I could not be more pleased with this tool! Thanks In-Styler & Vocalpoint for the opportunity to try this cool & innovative product!
