My first entry to the nest family of products, I received as a gift. The setup was pretty straight forward, however the heat pump system I have was a challenge. Finally after 3 hours , talking to customer service we got it going. So far it’s working well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like my nest. I have had a problem with the nest but I still think it is great and nothing that I don,t expect with new elect devices. Yes I would buy again. I am getting ready to build a new home and I will have three new one placed in the new house. One for each floor.

I’ve never installed a thermostat before, but this was so easy. It looks great and works great. The pairing with my Google Home and setting up Routines was very easy and it works like a charm. The only issue that I had was that it was grabbing the wrong geographic location and time zone at first, but I found where to change that in the Nest app that I installed on my iPad. Highly recommend!

Sophisticated yet simple, great combination

As the title says, the device technology is great. The installation and set up was straightforward and it looks like it will last forever. I was pleasantly surprised to see how easy it was to add to the Alexa app and have Alexa control the thermostat with voice.
