The Nest Thermostat operates as advertised. It is pretty intuitive and very convenient to be able to control my home's temperature with my phone. When I first purchased the Nest thermostat, Google was not its owner, I think. I regret that Google has gone off shore for customer service. The thermostat operates well and I'm happy with it.

Nest gen3 thermostat

Upgraded from another thermostat that could be programmed. The text was so small and difficult to program. No problem with the Nest Gen 3. Clear and large type and was able to use my Apple phone and tablet to program it.

I found the thermostat really easy to install and set up. The directions were concise, plus it was reasonably intuitive. And it works well. I'm impressed with it so far.

I Love my Nest!

I replaced my old thermostat with a Nest and I couldn’t be happier. I no longer have to get up from my bed to change the thermostat. So glad I can also monitor or change the temperature from work.
