Nest is the best

Love the learning thermostat.... it was easy to install but recommend calling customer service to send you diagram. Online install took me all the way to wiring the Nest and then said I needed a professional to install.. wasn't needed but customer support was great. I also have the Nest lock for my door and like being able to operate both from my phone. Great addition to my home.

Great invention

I have installed a Nest thermostat in three homes now. I love the easy install, but even more I love the flexibility of the product and the cost efficiency I experience. It’s unbelievably easy to set up and program. Also seems to make my system a bit more quiet, too.

I always use to dream of a thermostat that does everything 24 hours a day and my dream has came true with the Nest Learning Thermostat. It has all kinds of different styles,temps,schedules that you can set to your own personal desire. The Nest Learning Thermostat learns as you use it and it never forgets like I do. It’ll shut down the air conditioner unit and use the fan after the room cools down.

Better then expected!

I wasn't sure about the Nest when I first purchased it simply because I wasn't sure just how difficult it would be to install and set up. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the install as well as the set up. I was able to install the nest in less then 2 minutes and have it up and running in less then 5. It runs very smoothly and is very easy to navigate (which was another fear of mine)

The installation was pretty much "plug and play". The app walks you through it even advises you to take a picture of the wiring of the current thermostat to make sure you get everything right. It has learned my routine very quickly and I rarely have to manually adjust the temperature. Make sure you check with your local electric provider as a lot of them have rebates available.

Long Run Energy Savings

Love this product! The app makes the thermostat easy to use, and I can set it to "eco mode" from my phone while I'm at work to save energy. The upfront cost is a little high for some people, but hopefully the energy bill savings offset the cost in the long run.
