A little bit on the pricey side but well worth it. Coming home from vacation and have the temperature set to 77 in the summer. When your flight lands you can adjust the temperature so it’s comfortable when you get home.

Having this new thermostat has lowered my power bill. Even when I forget to adjust the temperature before I leave home, my Best does it for me. I live that I can control it with Alexa voice commands.

Best investment for a vacation rental

I purchased it after my guests almost broke my AC by keeping the windows open all day and running the AC 24/7 in the Florida summer.
Installation and setup were under 15 minutes. I didn't have to be physically there, I just added the code shown on the device to my app on my phone, and it worked.
The most important feature is to lock it, while still allowing guests to adjust the temperature.

I just got this as it was recommended to me. It was easy to install myself and easy to set up and operate. Love being able to control the temp from anywhere. I’m sure I will see my electric bill go down.

I installed my NEST a week ago and absolutely love it. I love that when I travel, I can run the temperature up and with the app, I can cool my house down before I return. It's great to come home to a cool house. And bonus points for how awesome it looks on my wall.

Nest Learning Temperature is a great investment to our home. There is no changing temperature up or down, I just set it at the right temperature and forget it. Haven’t changed the temperature since I had it installed. Love it.
