From the easy setup to the finished sleek look on the wall, installation was super easy.
Set it up set initial temp and through the next week or two adjust the temp to your personal comfort.
It remembers those adjustments and sets up a schedule for you. You’ll notice you are making fewer adjustments as time goes on.

Very nice looking and functioning product. Easy to set up but make sure you do the daily activities for the first week as instructed so it learns faster.

My wife worried that we wouldn't have heat after I was done installing the Nest. (And, to be honest, I shared her fears a little.) But, the instructions included with the Nest and the online walk-throughs made things fantastically simple. They even included stickers so you'd remember which wires went where!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have only had it installed for one month and very happy with the features and results.
We are confident there will be a reduction in energy cost after several months of usage.
Utilizing the features off your smart phone is just so convenient, whether you're on a different floor of the house or coming home from a trip and want to warm up the house before arriving home.

There really isn't anything better

It's flexibility and capabilities are amazing. I don't believe there is a better thermostat. No thermostat is perfect though. I did have one problem where I had to reset it. My living situation had changed so my usage had changed and therefore the auto-learning didn't quite make adjustments very well. It is still a great thermostat.

This is second NEST I’ve owned and I highly recommend them. They are easy to use, are very efficient in heating and cooling, and can be adjusted from anywhere. NEST saves me time and money, both of which I need more of.
