we have only had it for a couple days, but it is working seamlessly and I have to say that the install and set up was so much easier than I thought it would be. the instructions were thorough and everything was in the box. the electrical hook up could have been complicated, but they covered everything. looking forward to seeing real results of energy saving and comfort!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product!!! Love it. Think anyone should invest in this thermostat. Energy efficient looks great and convient to just grab your phone to check or set it wherever u want. Love it!!????

Nest learning thermostat

The stat is everything it's labeled as. I like being able to walk by and see it light up to inform me of status the wife loves playing with the phone app. Time will tell if it is durable and maintenance free. I gave it 4 stars in lieu of 5, because of missing installation instructions or warnings as to compatibility with existing system. Knowing the extent of extra labor may stop some people.

Nest for life

This is the second time I have bought a Nest Thermostat. Had on in my old home. When I moved I bought one for this home because of the ease of installation, ease of use, and money savings. It work very well of my Amazon Echo and Google Home Mini. It is easy to see from my living room and I can check and change my Thermostat when I am not at home to safe money if I forgot to turn it to off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nest Programmable Thermostat

Boy, am I glad that I purchased not one, but two nest Thermostats. Best idea & best resolution for the new year.
Extremely easy to install, looks awesome, crisp, modern, easily read from a good distance especially for the more mature audience.
Turns on by itself when walking within range, fully programmable & smarter than some people I know!! go figure!!
Very pleased with this investment.

Great savings and personal control

We installed the Nest last week just before leaving for a Redwings Hockey game in Detroit. We turned the heat down to 55°f while we were gone. On the ride home, I used the app to turn the heat up to 68°f. We came home to a nice warm house. Our prior thermostat was programmable, however, overriding the program to reduce energy usage while gone, would have resulted in a chilly return.
I would recommend this to a friend!
