Simple setup, beautiful and reliable device

The Nest thermostat is a must have for your smart home. Yes, it is quite expensive, but there are usually local utility incentives that can offer money back to offset the cost. The setup could not be easier and does not require you to be super handy. The features, such as the ability to program schedules, a function that reverts your furnace to "eco" temperatures automatically when you leave, and outside weather info at a glance (via the Farsight function) will absolutely save you money. On top of all that, the thermostat looks extremely sleek. Bottom line, just get one if you don't already have one. You won't regret it.

great easy install no more hard pressing buttons

my old trane thermostat’s button did not work good anymore i had to press so hard for like 10 seconds for it to work that my fingers ached so much i decided to get a new thermostat. i have a baby too so i decided ti get a smart thermostat so i could change the temp when in bed with him. such a lifesaver easy install recognized my wifi and heat worked for winter now i don’t have to trip at night to change temperatures and so baby won’t wake up at night anymore thanks nest

This thermostat was very easy to install and set up, it took less then an hour for the entire process. It is easy to read and will hopefully help me save on my utility bills.

The Coolest Thermostat Out There

I think what impressed me most is how much information this thermostat pulls in.
It looks at people walking by, it looks at weather through its Wi-Fi connection and uses your phone to see if you are at home or not.. Plus, it’s self-learning feature that takes all the hassle of programming and now makes it fun.. Plus, it’s self-learning feature that takes all the hassle of programming and now makes it fun. It has the feel and look of a fine made watch…..very cool!
Most thermostats are just a piece of plastic and are nothing more than a timer that you can set to off or on at a predetermined time of day or night. This is so much more in that it pays attention to you and how you live and adjusts its self to accommodate and save you energy and money.
If you can operate a smart phone this thing is a breeze. Very simple set up which is a menu that walks you through the process with very simple choices. The most difficult question in the menu is what is your WI-FI pass word. If you know this you will program this thing in just a few moments. When in doubt YouTube. Many great videos on setting it up and wiring it.
After having the Nest Thermostat and seeing how well it works we are now looking at purchasing the new Nest Hello Door Bell and smoke-Co2 detectors for the house.

the easy life

We recently had a baby, and the nest with google home and alexa has been a lifesaver. When you're carrying a baby you quickly find out how useful hands-free things really are and the nest works great with voice commands.

I love my Nest it is so easy to use. I had trouble programming my previous thermostat I could never get it right my house was always to cold or to hot. But Nest is so simple to use now my house is always the right temperature. And best of all I never have to touch it, it keeps the settings right where I like it. I highly recommend buying the Nest. I have no regrets.
