Small, sleek, but most importantly smart

The nest thermostat is easy to install, takes maybe 20 minutes. That is unless you only have a two wire setup, then you need a new wire. The thermostat is small and sleek, and has a very classy look. But. What really makes this item shine is it's learning feature and apps. After about a week of using it, it now knows my families preferred bedtime temps, waking temps, and turns adjusts temps.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nest at Florida Condo

We wanted to be able to monitor and control the HVAC at our Florida condo anytime anywhere. The NEST is working our perfectly. I just installed it a week ago but I am sure it will save us money. It is so easy to use.

Nest with Nest

The Nest thermostat is wonderful! It learns your behavior and adjusts the temperature accordingly. It also provides more information than any other thermostat I’ve ever owned. For instance, it tells me the humidity level in my house and allows me to adjust the level. My favorite feature is the ability to adjust the system from my phone. I highly recommend.

I love my Nest! It was easy to install thanks to video links provided and brochure that came with the Nest. I have a three wire system that plugged into the nest simple as can be. I think the only tools i used were a phillips head and my gerber, (strip and cut the snaggle toothed wires from previous thermostat.
It was up and running a few hours later and has been a marvel ever since

Easy install, intuitive operation

Be sure to use the Nest web site to find the mapping of wires from your old thermostat to the Nest. With that, it should take less than 15 minutes to do the install (maybe 30 if you read instructions). Operation and apps are all intuitive, which is all that I ask of an app.
