Great device

It's exactly as I expected. It's a smart device and it performs well, they didn't skimp when they built it like so many products out there. They really actually made a complete product. It's not a beta feel it's a done and done well feel.

Great Thermostat

I got it as a gift. I really like it! It is very easy to use the interactive screen and the app for my iphone is super easy as well. I highly recommend the Nest Thermostat.
My house is heated by 90% firewood so I'm not really using it for cost savings at the moment, but I hope to see a big difference and savings in the Summer running the Air Conditioner.

Nice upgrade to a new home

We built a new home and moved in under 1 year ago. We used a standard programmable thermostat for 8 months or so. Electric bills were high in summer and in winter. We just received our power bill for the first full month of having two nest thermostats installed (and it was the coldest month of the year) and our bill is down almost 30%!
The product looks decent and has decent features but it does do what it is supposed to do and it does it well. Excited to see if there are improvements to utility bill in the coming summer months as well.

Had the Nest for a week now and love it. Never have to worry about if the temp was set to away before we leave since the app can be used to check/change settings. So many features for energy saving, way more than expected.

Awesome Thermostat

I was impressed with how everything was presented when I initially opened the box. I was a little nervous about installing it but once I read the detailed instructions it was a breeze. It was also very simple to mount the thermostat. It took a couple days to learn how we keep our home comfortable and from there it has helped us save money on our gas bill. Very solid product and I would highly recommend!

Easy to set up and use, with app at thermostat or with voice assistance device. Monitors your use as well which is nice to see (for instance how often your furnace/AC turns on while you're sleeping, and throughout the day). Eco setting let's you save on energy by allowing a deviation from temperature setting to save as well. Recommended.
