Pays for Itself!

I didn’t know what to expect with this product, but was extremely surprised and pleased with it. Within the first month we saw savings with our energy bill. We are on pace to have this product pay for itself through those savings in the first four months of ownership. Sleek, sexy, easy to use and extremely useful.

This thermostat is awesome! Installing with the step by step instructions provided was so easy and programming was simple. Using the app on smartphone is great and very accurate. I have already used less fuel oil by the times programmed to increase and lower set temps for day and night. Temperature is so much more accurate within the house.

Not only is this device easy to install, but it will surpass the performance of your standard or modern thermostat. This device also has a great mobile app that is easy to navigate and performs well whether you are at home or on the go. In fact, I have used it both at home and while away and have noticed it performs as equally well in both situations. The features on the app are great as well.

Best Learning Therm

This is the second Near thermostat purchased. I have been able to install both. I have one for air (Original Nest) with newer wiring and the new learning Nest for my heating system- older wiring, very old wiring. Air and heat have never been on the same thermostat. The instructions were easy to follow along with tool and labels for the wires.
I love my Nest products.

This thermostat helps keep a more consistent temperature and keeps my upstairs at a better temperature than the old type digital thermostat. Very easy to use and set up and to install. Very happy with my Nest can’t wait to get one for my first floor unit.

Easy to install, easy to program a schedule and super attractive hanging on the wall. I bought the one with the Copper ring around it and it’s super sharp. Haven’t figured out how to use it with my Dot yet, but I also haven’t needed to since I control it through my phone via the app when necessary.

One of the best home products I have bought

I asked for this product as birthday present. My husband was able to easily wire the new thermostat using the instructions provided on the Nest App. I love being able to adjust the temperature any where in the house with my Google Home devices. It very easy to use.
