This little harde gadget is awesome and i can't stop playing with it!
My bedroom is on the second floor and when it would get cold or warm at 3a.m. i would have to run down and reset my old stat. What a convenient gadget!
We often have the kids coming home for the weekend and occasionally we are not home so it makes sense to lower the heat or AC while we gone and we can warm the house before.

Nest Learning Thermostat

I have had two learning thermostats in my previous house. When I sold that house and moved to Charlotte NC I built a new house and even though the builder installer programmable thermostats, it’s not a NEST so I purchased two and self installed. The installation guide is a no brainer. Love that it knows when I leave the home and adjusts the temps accordingly as programmed when away.

Ease of Use

I found the install of the Nest a little cumbersome but doable. The results however are fantastic! The Thermostat is very easy to set up after downloading the Nest App on my smart phone. You simply follow the queues from the thermostat display and Voila! Set-up complete! It's ease of use is so that my 10y/o, 9y/o, and 7y/o kids know how to use it and have tried it out!

LOVE MY NEW THERMOSTATS

I bought a new home that had three thermostats. I hated how complicated they were, even though they were state of the art. I had them replaced yesterday with three Nest thermostats and couldn't be more pleased. Nest is so user friendly and I now have an accurate temperature throughout my house. I can also easily access them on my phone and love the sleek design.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome Product, Works Great!

Works well, took longer to unbox, remove the old thermostat and prepare the wall, than setting up the new Nest. Very smart product, easy to use and has a lot of customizing for those who want a simple and easy setup or if you want to control all the details.

Works great but needed tech support

The Nest thermostat is working great and I am please that I purchased it. My furnace is a heat pump so I had to call tech support to get the correct wiring configuration to make it work. Also ther is not a menu on the Nest to select heat electric for type of power for your furnace or a selection for heat pump[. I feel this should be included in the instructions.
