Love Nest Products!

Have the cameras, decided to try the thermostat. Easy install, up and running in 20 minutes. Brand new so no further review on usage yet. Expectations are high based on our usage of the cameras.

Retrofit

Installed on an old Thermo Pride furnace. Simple added a transformer for the 24VAC needed and a relay to switch the original T&T on the burner circuit.

I replaced my thermostat about a month ago and I have to say this is a very beautiful thermostat with all the bells and whistles. I love being able to change and control the unit from my phone. I like the idea that it learns on its own and lowers the temperature on its own ..at first I thought it was my wife messing around with the unit put eventually I realized it was the unit itself.sorry honey

Great addition to the home

We appreciate the capabilities and convenience of a Smart Home. The Nest thermostat was a great addition. I work from home so the schedule capabilities was a requirement. However, I travel frequently as well so the eco mode is nice when I am gone. Set up is a bit complicated for those with dual heat systems but you tube can walk you through it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a wreck of a house, 3 yrs ago in Upstate N.Y. I upgraded everything as well as getting rid of those old Honeywell Thermostats. Installing the NESTS was SO easy, as well as uploading their app on my cell phone. It did take a moment to understand you have to turn the base of the thermostat and push in to choose each setting but I got it & you will too! You won't be disappointed, I promise!
